Deep Cleaning Biological Floor Cleaner

BF-100™ is a specifically designed biological floor cleaner that is highly effective in penetrating porous floor surfaces to degrade and eliminate grease and other organic materials that may accumulate over time. BF-100™’s synergistic combination of microbial technology provides long term deep cleaning by removing embedded residual organic material found in pores, cracks, corners and crevices.

BF-100™ produces enzymes that are specifically selected for the breakdown of the harder to degrade fatty acid components of grease. Continual use of BF-100™ will improve the Waste Stream by creating a biofilm in all the drains used. This will reduce organic build-up in drains and enhance any biological grease trap treatment. BioGize™ - Carpet Cleaner– ECOLOGO CERTIFIED
Concentrated Multi-Purpose Environmentally Safe Cleaner/Degreaser

Contains Soybean extract – a state of the art surfactant technology that makes BioGize™ the most powerful water based degreaser on the market today. Free Rinsing. Does not contain any VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds) and is non-corrosive. BioGize™ is ideal for every cleaning job including all floors, walls, woodwork, cabinets, porcelain, stainless steel, leather and vinyl upholstery, light fixtures, venetian blinds, desks, maintenance shops, trucks etc. Agriculture Canada Approved. Biological Odour Eliminator and Deep Cleaner

BioMystic® is a highly effective odour eliminator and deep cleaner. Combining “odour control technology” which rapidly binds and holds the bad odours, with “biological activity” which then digests the organic matter that is causing the bad odours - thus completely eliminating the odour. The resulting dual activity provides fast, effective and long lasting odour control. BioMystic® also contains sophisticated, non-resoiling cleaning capabilities designed specifically for carpet and upholstery stain removal.

Guard™
Acrylic Emulsion Floor Sealer

Water based, Non-yellowing, Fast-drying and Non-flammable. Dries within 30 minutes. This water-based product enhances colours and renews the appearance of all floors. For use as a base coat. Ideal foundation that works equally well on old or new floors. Recommended for asphalt, tiles, vinyl, vinyl asbestos, linoleum, terrazzo, ceramic tile, concrete and marble floors. Available in 4x4 Ltr., 30 Ltr. and 210 Ltr.

Mirage™
Acrylic Copolymer Floor Finish

Outstanding qualities such as: wet look; resistance to black heel marking; scuffing and powdering. Excellent leveling, fast recoatability and provides an excellent balance of detergent resistance and removability. Dust and/or damp mop as required. Can be cleaned many times with a mild or neutral detergent such as NeutraClene™ without loss of gloss and protection. The floor may be buffed twenty-four hours after application. Recommended for vinyl asbestos, asphalt tile, vinyl, rubber tile, terrazzo and linoleum. Available in 4x4 Ltr., 30 Ltr. and 210 Ltr.

Activated Oxygen Cleaner and Degreaser

Containing Hydrogen Peroxide, surfactants and natural degreasing agents, O2Activ™ is ideal as a spot and stain remover. Hydrogen Peroxide is the only germicidal agent composed of only water and oxygen. It is the worlds safest all natural effective sanitizer. When Hydrogen Peroxide is in contact with organic material it breaks down into oxygen and water.

O2Activ™ is highly effective in the cleaning of grease, mildew, molds, light corrosion and stains. It leaves a fresh citrus clean odour to the immediate area of use. O2Activ™ can be applied through foaming equipment for greater adhesion on vertical surfaces.

Stripper™
Heavy Duty Floor Finish and Emulsion Sealer Stripper

Stripper™ is formulated to quickly and easily remove floor finish, wax and emulsion seal build-up from floors with or without the aid of a scrubbing machine or pads. This product allows pick-up of emulsified finish and seal with mops, squeegee and wet vacuum, or automatic machine. With Stripper™, no scrubbing is necessary. The Boss™
Liquid Garage Floor Cleaner

Removes Oil, Grease, Soil, Brake Fluid, Hydraulic oil from concrete floors. Just sweep floor and apply The Boss™ using a pump sprayer or mop, let it stand for 5 – 10 minutes then scrub with a stiff broom or brush. Rinse and squeegee dry. Simple. When the floor is in good condition, very light but regular and frequent applications of this cleaner will give best results. Available in 4x4 Ltr., 30 Ltr. and 210 Ltr.

Premium Floor Wax
